Week 5 of SCV Racing was another huge success with 101 racers registered for the Andy & Mandy Cup and Ray Lopez Travelplan Cup.
A huge Thanks to Ray and Shirley Lopez for their contributions to SCV races for over 30 years.
The Andy & Mandy Cup was started in 1988 by Ray as an incentive for junior members to take up racing. It was named after Ray’s son and daughter, Andrew & Amanda, and is the longest running Perpetual Cup in the SCV racing history.
Awarded to the fastest Male and Female Off scratch on the day from any of the 17 & Under categories.

Ray instigated the Ray Lopez Travelplan Cup as he used to be the owner of Travelplan. This cup has now been running for over 20 years and is warded to the fastest Male and Female off scratch from any category over 40.
